Pricing & membership
Pricing
New members get their first 3-hour visit for just $15 — our way of letting you try us risk-free. After that, members pay just $25/hour on every clean.
For $49/month you unlock our lowest rate ($25/hour), priority booking, the same trusted crew, and free rescheduling. Learn more.
Never. The Ottershine Membership has no minimum commitment and no cancellation fees. Cancel anytime and you simply stop being billed the next month.
No. You can book any package as a one-time, pay-as-you-go clean with no membership at all. Membership just unlocks a much lower hourly rate for regulars.
No travel fees and no surprise charges. Optional add-ons (inside oven, inside fridge, laundry, interior windows) are listed clearly before you book.

Scheduling
Not at all. Most clients give us access via lockbox, smart lock, or door code. We’ll text when we arrive and when we leave.
Yes — weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring schedules are available with priority booking and the same trusted crew.
Yes. We match you with a regular crew and keep them on your visits whenever possible.
Standard contracts trigger at 2″ of accumulation, with priority customers cleared within 4 hours of storm-end. During major events we run 24/7 rotations.
